Year-Round Maintenance Program:
The Quarterly Service Program provides year-round protection from the average pests that "bug" you. This program is the ideal choice for you if you desire protection from the general household pests that frequent your home. The wonderful part of this service is that everything can be done without a technician entering your home! This way we don't have to interrupt your busy schedule! However, anytime you experience an issue we will come back at no extra cost to you!
Pest Control Barrier:
A pest control barrier will be applied to the structural foundation of your home and surrounding areas with special attention paid to common insect harborages. Think of it as us creating a moat around your
castle!
Licensed Service Technicians:
As the seasons change, so will our treatment methods! Our licensed service professionals are trained to treat the pests that are most active and common throughout the changing weather conditions!
Egg Cycle
The first treatment (Initial Service) around your home is what is called an 'initial flush out'. This special treatment attempts to gain control over existing pest populations.
Insects are immune to treatments while in their eggshells and our products must be active to catch pests as they hatch.
Control Cycle
Initially, you may see a slight increase in pest activity as pest populations are disrupted. Within a few weeks, you should see this activity drastically decline as our products take effect. Over time, these pest levels will continually decrease as regular services are performed.

What if I have a problem between services?
If pests invade between your regular services, a quick email or call to the office will have your licensed technician back to the property to identify and treat at no additional cost!
Do we have to be out of the home for long after service? What about my pets?
At Harris Pest Control we pride ourselves on providing family friendly services! All we ask is that pets, children, and yourselves, are out of the home for about 2-4 hours depending on the treatment or until all products are dry. Once this short window has passed you are free to move about the home worry free!

Utmost care is used in application and choice of pest control products. If it becomes necessary for you to be out of your home during a treatment, this will be arranged in advance for your convenience.
